Frequently Asked Questions

For Companies

Getting Started

When does the platform go live for Companies to register?

The InvestmentMeetings.com platform will be available to companies in Q4 2026. For further information or updates, please contact bill@fundexa.com. When launched, it will connect companies with experienced roadshow consultants who can assist with investor marketing activities, non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, corporate access and related capital markets engagements.

The online service provides a secure platform where companies can identify, evaluate and appoint consultants based on their location, experience, expertise and sector knowledge.

Who can use the platform?

The platform is designed for listed companies, private companies, investor relations teams, corporate advisers, brokers, investment banks and other organisations seeking experienced roadshow consultants.

How do I register?

Companies can register online by creating an account, verifying their email address and completing their Company Profile. Once approved, you can begin searching for consultants or creating roadshow opportunities and allowing the platform to match your requests with pre-qualified consultants.

Finding Consultants

How do I find a consultant?

There are two ways to engage consultants:

  • ·Search consultant profiles and invite selected consultants to submit proposals.
  • ·Publish a request for a roadshow proposal ("Open Roadshow") and allow pre-qualified consultants to submit proposals.

How are consultants matched to our requirements?

Consultants are matched based on information contained within their profiles, including:

  • ·Location and geographic coverage
  • ·Investor relations and corporate access experience
  • ·Sector-specific expertise
  • ·Languages
  • ·Core competencies
  • ·Availability

Keeping your project brief detailed and accurate helps attract the most suitable consultants.

What do the consultant ratings mean?

Consultants are assessed and assigned one of four platform ratings:

  • ·REGISTERED — has experience and has been verified to register on the platform
  • ·SPECIALIST — as above, and with a specific sector or market focus
  • ·PREMIUM — as above, but with more than 5 years of roadshow programs
  • ·EXPERT — as above, but with more than 10 years of roadshow programs

Ratings are determined by the platform administration based on profile quality, experience and other assessment criteria. Importantly, ratings are not AI generated but result from peer review.

Creating Roadshow Opportunities

How do I create a roadshow?

Creating a roadshow is straightforward. Simply follow the platform-generated prompts and complete the roadshow project details including:

  • ·Roadshow objectives
  • ·Cities and countries
  • ·Proposed dates
  • ·Sector focus
  • ·Meeting requirements
  • ·Required consultant experience
  • ·Budget (optional)
  • ·Any supporting details that would allow a consultant to make an informed decision

You can then either invite specific consultants or publish the opportunity openly.

Can I invite selected consultants only?

Yes. Private invitations allow you to invite only the consultants you wish to consider.

What is an Open Roadshow?

An "Open Roadshow" is visible to all consultants whose expertise best matches your roadshow project. Any eligible consultant may submit a proposal.

Can I edit a roadshow after publishing it?

Yes. You can update roadshow project details provided proposals have not yet closed. Consultants will be notified of significant changes.

Can I revise a roadshow program if I need to?

Yes. Even after you have closed a roadshow project by appointing a consultant, you may deal directly with the consultant to revise final details. For example, dates may need to be finalised or you may want to add an additional city due to investor interest. You can negotiate this directly with the consultant off-platform. These changes do not involve the platform.

Can I cancel a roadshow?

Yes. You may cancel a roadshow before an appointment has been made. Consultants who have submitted proposals will be notified.

If you cancel after a consultant has been appointed and booking fees and the consultant deposit have been paid, the fees are non-refundable. However, you can negotiate with the consultant directly — for example, if your dates change you may be able to rearrange this without losing the deposit.

Consultant Proposals

How do consultants submit proposals?

Consultants submit proposals directly through the platform, including:

  • ·Cover note
  • ·Summary approach
  • ·Relevant experience
  • ·Proposed fee
  • ·Availability

Consultants also have the option to attach a formal Proposal and Capability Statement, or companies can request this.

Who can see submitted proposals?

Only authorised users within your company can access proposals submitted for your roadshow. Consultants cannot see competing proposals.

Can I communicate with consultants before making a decision?

Yes. You may contact consultants to request clarification, discuss availability or obtain additional information before making your appointment. The platform has a messaging system to facilitate this.

Am I obliged to appoint a consultant?

No. Submitting a roadshow opportunity does not oblige you to appoint a consultant.

Can I negotiate fees?

Yes. Commercial discussions take place directly between the company and the consultant. The platform does not set consultant pricing — the market does.

Working with Consultants

Who manages the roadshow?

Once appointed, the consultant works directly with your company to coordinate planning, scheduling and delivery.

What is the role of the platform?

The platform facilitates introductions between companies and consultants by:

  • ·Hosting consultant profiles
  • ·Publishing opportunities
  • ·Managing invitations
  • ·Receiving proposals
  • ·Supporting the selection process

The platform does not manage or supervise the consulting engagement unless specifically agreed.

Can we appoint more than one consultant?

Yes. Companies may appoint multiple consultants where appropriate — for example, you may prefer to use consultants based in specific cities rather than across an entire region.

Can we engage consultants outside the platform?

The platform's Terms of Use govern introductions made through the platform, including circumvention. Please refer to those terms regarding ongoing engagements with consultants introduced through the platform.

Pricing and Payments

Who sets consultant fees?

Consultants determine their own pricing. The platform does not recommend or negotiate rates.

How do payments work?

Payment terms are agreed directly between the company and the consultant unless the platform provides an optional payment service.

Does the platform charge companies?

There is a 2.5% booking fee for any roadshow project arranged through the platform. All fees are outlined in detail in your Terms of Use.

What happens if there is a payment dispute?

Payment disputes should first be addressed directly between the company and the consultant. Where appropriate, the platform may assist by facilitating communication but is not responsible for contractual payment obligations unless acting as the payment intermediary.

Confidentiality & Security

Are consultant proposals confidential?

Yes. Only authorised users from your company can view proposals submitted to your projects.

Are our roadshow details confidential?

Yes. Project information is only shared with consultants who have been invited or who are eligible to view an Open Roadshow opportunity.

How is company information protected?

The platform employs secure technology and access controls to protect company data and confidential information.

Consultant Selection

Can we compare multiple consultants?

Yes. The platform allows companies to compare consultant profiles, experience, sector expertise and submitted proposals before making a decision.

Can we request interviews?

Yes. For major roadshow programs, companies are encouraged to interview shortlisted consultants where appropriate.

Can we ask consultants for additional information?

Yes. You may request references, clarification or further information before making an appointment.

Ratings and Feedback

Can we rate consultants?

Yes. Following completion of a project, companies are invited to provide feedback on the consultant's performance.

How is feedback used?

Feedback helps maintain service quality and may contribute to the consultant's overall platform reputation.

Can consultants respond to feedback?

Where appropriate, consultants may be given the opportunity to respond to published feedback. However, the objective of the ratings and feedback is to allow the platform administrators to review and manage levels of service across the platform.

Roadshow Management

Can we publish opportunities in multiple countries?

Yes. Roadshows may cover multiple cities and countries within a single project.

Can we use the platform for virtual roadshows?

Yes. The platform supports in-person, virtual and hybrid investor engagement projects.

Can we upload supporting documents?

The platform is designed around a simple consultant engagement solution. A detailed Company Profile and a well-structured project request form is the most efficient way of delivering this as it saves time for the company.

Once a consultant has been engaged, companies can provide briefing materials, itineraries or project documentation off-platform to assist consultants in planning the program.

Professional Standards

Are consultants employees of the platform?

No. Consultants operate as independent professionals or businesses.

Does the platform guarantee consultant performance?

No. While the platform seeks to maintain high standards through profile reviews and consultant ratings, companies remain responsible for selecting the consultant best suited to their requirements.

What if there is a dispute with a consultant?

We encourage both parties to resolve issues directly. Where appropriate, the platform may facilitate communication but does not act as an arbitrator or legal representative.

Account Management

Can multiple employees access our company account?

Yes. Subject to your account permissions, multiple authorised users may access the company account.

Can we update our company profile?

Yes. Your Company Profile can be updated at any time.

Can we deactivate our account?

Yes. Please contact platform support through the internal messaging system if you wish to suspend or permanently close your account.

Support

How do we contact support?

Our support team is available to assist with technical issues, account enquiries and general platform questions. Please use the internal messaging system to reach us.

Where can we access the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy?

The latest versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available on the platform website.

Can we suggest improvements to the platform?

Absolutely. We welcome feedback from companies and continuously enhance the platform based on user suggestions. Please contact us through the internal messaging system.

Best Practice

How can we attract the best consultants?

Consultants are more likely to submit proposals when your roadshow includes:

  • ·A clear project overview
  • ·Objectives and expected outcomes
  • ·Dates and locations
  • ·Meeting schedule (at least by city, if available)
  • ·Required expertise
  • ·Budget guidance (where appropriate)
  • ·Expected deliverables
  • ·Timely responses to consultant questions

The more information you provide, the more relevant and competitive the proposals you are likely to receive. A detailed Company Profile also helps.

How quickly should we respond to proposals?

Consultants appreciate timely communication. Promptly reviewing submissions and updating proposal statuses helps attract high-quality consultants and encourages future participation.

What happens after we appoint a consultant?

Once a consultant is appointed, the engagement moves into the delivery phase. We recommend confirming off-platform via email and a call:

  • ·Scope of work
  • ·Timetable and milestones
  • ·Deliverables
  • ·Fees and payment terms
  • ·Primary points of contact
  • ·Reporting expectations

Establishing these details early helps ensure a successful roadshow and a productive working relationship.
